In the event that you are not satisfied with your order on receipt of it, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return such item to us. You will be given a 100% refund on such item, either a full refund or an exchange, only after item(s) are thoroughly inspected and refund is approved(shipping fees Excluded).
However, our return policy is dependent on the following conditions:
i. You must ensure that the item remains in its original form and is unaltered.
ii. The item must remain in its original packaging.
iii. Item’s serial number must remain intact.
iv. You must present proof of purchase and receipt.
Once you ascertain that the item(s) meet Dettamart's return eligibility criteria, you may return the item(s) by Sending us an email via
email@example.com to initiate return. State your reason for return and include necessary evidence to help our valuation of the item(s). Item(s) may be returned to us by either using our return
shipping/delivery channel at a cost to be deducted from your refund, or you can elect to return the item at your own cost using reliable and trackable channels..
The item(s) and their condition shall be thoroughly inspected when we have retrieved from you and you shall receive an email notification of the status of your refund. When fully evaluated and refund is approved, we shall process your refund immediately. Please note that processing your refund will take at least 1-3 working days and you shall be duly notified when refund is made.
However, depending on the payment method and payment channel which you used to purchase the item(s), refund may take several billing cycles before reflecting on your bank statement.
