Frequently Asked Questions

Follow the steps below in order to register an account on Dettamart: Click on the user icon register an account where you will be required to enter your email address. Enter your email and password then click Register to complete registration. You will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox.
To retrieve your forgotten your password, follow the steps below: i. Click on the user icon then click on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in tab.
ii. Fill in your registered email address and click 'Reset Password'.
You will be required to verify your account by “Email Verification” a verification code will be sent to your registered email address automatically which shall be valid only for 24hrs. However, if you don’t receive the code within 24hrs, you can follow the process again. Note that each verification code you generate is valid for only 24hrs.
iii. Once you receive the code, enter it and submit. This command will redirected you to the password reset page. Follow the instructions to reset.
Before placing your order, an estimated delivery date will be included in the details containing your product listing. Your order's arrival date may also be determined by the delivery option you choose. When calculating estimated delivery date, ensure to consider only business days which excludes weekends and holidays.
To track your order, click on “Track Order” Link, you wil be redirected to the page where you will supply your order number, the click “Track My Order” button, your order status will be shown
We sincerely apologize that an item is missing from your order. Please contact us avia email admin@dettamart.com within 7 days of the receipt of your orders in other for us to help you. However, we highly recommend that you confirm the possibility that:
i. The item(s) may have been shipped in separate parcels. Please do well to check your email for the shipping/delivery details of the item(s).
ii. The item may be out of stock. Please also check your email for emails that may have been sent to you informing you of this.
Because we understand the possibility of you being dissatisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7days as long as such item is in its original condition. For more information about our return and refunds policy, please visit www.dettamart.com/return Depending on your preference, we can offer you a return shipping label at a cost to be deducted from your refund, or you can elect to return the item at your cost. Your refund will be processed once we receive your item and we ascertained that they meet the Conditions for Return. Please note that shipping fees initially paid by you are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.
Necessary measures are put in place to ensure that items and delivered safely in shape, however, in the doubtful probability that your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us via mail at admin@dettamart.com and we shall immediately replace the damaged item.
Click on “Sell on Dettamart” Menu, it leads you to the page where you can read the packages we have for our Vendor/Merchant. Then Click on ”Start Selling”, follow the process of registering and click on “Complete Registration” Button when done, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
This Occur because you haven’t followed the link sent to your mail to activate your account, please do that because only activated account can sell on dettamart.
